Core characteristics of high lift slurry pump
Wear resistant design
Material of overcurrent components: high chromium alloys (such as Cr27, Cr30) are used for components such as impellers, pump casings, and sheaths that come into direct contact with the slurry, with a hardness of HRC55 or higher, which can effectively resist the erosion of hard particles such as ore and coal gangue; Some scenes use wear-resistant ceramics or rubber materials, taking into account both abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.
Double pump casing structure: The outer layer is made of cast iron or steel casing, which plays a load-bearing and protective role; The inner layer is a wear-resistant lining, which only needs to be replaced after wear, significantly reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
Surface treatment: Polishing the surface of overcurrent components to reduce particle adhesion and further reduce wear.
sealing performance
Adopting the combination of "mechanical seal+secondary impeller seal": the secondary impeller blocks most of the slurry outside the sealing surface through centrifugal force, and the mechanical seal achieves precise sealing, avoiding leakage and protecting the seal from particle wear, extending the sealing life.
Adaptable
It can handle slurry with significant differences in particle size, concentration, viscosity, and pH value, meeting the requirements of different working conditions.
