Overview
The feeding pump of ZH type filter press has a simple structure and is easy to maintain. Its unique structural design allows for easy maintenance and replacement of vulnerable parts such as impellers, seals, and bearings without the need to disassemble pipelines. The feed pump of the filter press adopts a unique hydraulic design and impeller installation method, ensuring that its performance curve is steeper than that of general impurity pumps. It is very suitable for achieving high flow, low-pressure feeding and low flow, high-pressure filtration with changes in resistance during the feeding of the filter press. Its special hydraulic performance perfectly matches the gradual process of the filter press from cavity to filling and then to drying. During the initial feeding stage, there is no need to control the motor overload caused by excessive flow rate without valves. At the same time, low pressure will not impact the filter frame of the flotation machine pump, reducing the damage to the filter cloth on the filter frame and not causing vibration to the filter plate. In the later stage of pressure filtration, low flow and high pressure are less likely to cause pump blockage. Especially during the later pressing period, the unique impeller installation method and the role of the secondary impeller of the pump under high pressure ensure that there is basically no leakage at the shaft seal
